If you have a draft already, I will close-read your draft, and we will talk about everything, from voice and imagery to rhythm and time. From structure and shape to the sound of your sentences. From genre down to grammar (if you want to get down to grammar—though we don’t have to...), and back up again, to gist.

My approach is centered on meeting a fellow writer where they are: we work first on exploring and understanding intention and themes, before defining a custom pathway of structured conversations (via email, phone, and/or online) that spark and support inspiration, focus, and finishing. This may include prompts, exercises and feedback – as well as curated reading suggestions – that support not only your content and your craft, but your writing as both a process and a practice.
